History and achievements since 1960
Since its founding under U.S. military occupation, Kuniken has been deeply involved in developing social infrastructure such as sugar plants, oil bases, bus terminals, airports, medical facilities, schools, and libraries. Moreover, we have participated in resort development projects, including hotels, marinas, and theme parks, as well as in the creation of iconic facilities that reflect the history of Okinawa, such as the Bankoku Shinryokan, Shuri Castle, and the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University. As Okinawa continues to evolve, we will continue to integrate technology, knowledge, and sensitivity to bring projects to life.
