  • Social Activities

The Kumamoto Earthquake on April 14 and April 16, 2016, caused significant damage in areas such as Mashiki Town, Nishihara Village, and Kumamoto City. Following the disaster, the Okinawa Prefectural Government requested architectural organizations to dispatch assessors for emergency safety assessment of damaged buildings.

In response to the request, 24 assessors from Okinawa participated, and 7 employees from our office joined the efforts. The first team worked from April 28 to 30, and the second team from May 9 to 10, actively conducting emergency safety assessments of buildings at the site.

We received words of gratitude from homeowners and stakeholders and are pleased to have had the opportunity to contribute. We sincerely wish for the speedy recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas.
