Kuniken Group introduced flextime policy starting in August 2024
A flextime policy allows employees to set their own working hours flexibly. Until now, our company had fixed working hours, but going forward, each employee will be able to adjust their start and end times according to their work needs.

The core hours will be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and employees will be free to start and finish work before and after these hours, which will comprise the flexible hours.
Employees will be able to adjust their daily hours accordingly as long as the required monthly working hours are met. This policy enables a more flexible work style tailored to individual lifestyles and job responsibilities.
