Basic Housing Plan Development Project

Based on the fundamental principles defined in the Basic Act for Housing, we formulated a plan to address changes such as the declining birthrate, aging population, recent socio-economic conditions, and the housing situation in each region. By organizing issues from current housing conditions and survey results in municipalities, we developed fundamental policies, goals, and specific measures to ensure and promote stable and improved housing conditions. This plan aims to contribute to realizing high-quality housing conditions for residents and shaping attractive local communities.
