Itoman City Public Housing Stock Comprehensive Utilization Plan Development Project

We reviewed the “Itoman City Housing Condition Survey,” which was conducted to organize and comprehensively and efficiently utilize Itoman City’s housing stock. This review considered recent social changes and Itoman City’s housing policies, including revitalizing city housing in urban areas and realizing secure living conditions for young families, families with children, and elderly households in areas of agricultural settlements.

Additionally, for rural areas such as the Miwa district, we compared and examined candidate sites and scales for constructing city-operated housing for large families. We also held resident workshops to gather local opinions and formulated a plan to serve as the foundation for specific policies in the future related to existing and new city-operated housing.
