In the Minami-Ohama district, unregulated land use has emerged due to the development of large-scale commercial facilities, apartments, and small residential subdivisions. To promote orderly land use, we were tasked with considering zoning and land use designations based on citizen input, which involved drafting urban planning documents for modifying zoning areas in the city plan.
