Core Government Building of the New City Center

Through the proactive development of the Civic Core concept, we aimed to enhance regional communication and establish a central administrative facility in the New Naha City Center.

Environmentally Conscious Building

Based on the Green Government Building Standards, we aimed to address global warming and environmental conservation by creating a building that leverages the environmental characteristics of Okinawa’s climate and natural features.

Building as a Disaster Response Hub

We aimed to create a building that serves as a “disaster response hub,” capable of swiftly deploying disaster prevention functions in the event of a disaster.
