Ogimi Village Corporate Support Rental Factory

Ogimi Village is located in the northern region of Okinawa Island, known as “Yanbaru,” and is famous for being the “village of longevity.” More than 70% of the village’s area is covered by forests, with abundant natural spring water nurtured by lush nature. This facility is a rental factory designed to effectively utilize these abundant water resources for the benefit of tenant companies, which are involved in mineral water production and hydroponic farming, among other businesses.

The site is centrally located in “Yui no Hama,” with the East China Sea to the west and hilly terrain to the east. The facility, covering a vast area of approximately 1.8 hectares, consists of two rental factory buildings and a water purification facility. The loading and unloading areas and parking lots are spaciously arranged to facilitate smooth transportation.

In designing the facility, attention was paid to the functionality of the factories and the comfort of the offices, resulting in a simple and flexible facility. Furthermore, considering the coastal environment, highly durable materials were actively used for the structure and exterior.
