Public Housing Lifespan Extension Plan Development Project

To appropriately manage municipally-operated public housing, which plays an important role as a housing safety net in maintaining regional stability and vitality, we conducted proper inspections, repairs, and data management. Taking into account the current condition of public housing and the future demand outlook, we selected efficient and effective operation methods for each housing complex and building.

Additionally, for public housing with significant deterioration, we compared the lifecycle costs (LCC) of “lifespan improvement” versus “rebuilding” to determine which approach would lead to cost reduction.
