This facility’s design began with a tight budget and close discussions with the client to eliminate all non-essential spaces. During the design phase, space configuration, finishes, and fixtures were modularized, and unnecessary decorative materials were removed to achieve cost efficiency. Configuring and finishing the facility with only the necessary elements resulted in a sharp and efficient building.
