The Terrace Hotels Staff House

This facility is located along the breakwater of Nago Bay, with an ocean view on the west coast. Considering the future possibility of the area becoming a beach as per urban planning, the interior partition walls are all made of lightweight steel framing, and the terrace features a thin rectangular frame structure with columns and beams.

The overall concept is “cool and beauty,” unified in “white” and “silver.” Each floor has 10 rooms, with a floor height of 2,650 mm. The interior wood flooring is directly applied, and the ceiling is finished with paint, ensuring a ceiling height of 2,400 mm.
