Tsubogawa Square Building

2009 Government Buildings & Offices

This is a full-rental office building targeted at information technology companies. At the rear, a separate seven-story reinforced concrete parking structure accommodates approximately 450 cars and 450 motorcycles.

In planning, the layout and specifications were carefully decided with a constant emphasis on rationality and universality. As a result, the building is equipped with features that cater to long-term needs, including a stable power supply (various redundancies), flexible layout (wide-span structure, access flooring, suspended ceiling system, ceiling chamber smoke exhaust), and preparedness for future changes (sufficient electrical capacity, equipment space, and floor load capacity).

The exterior demanded a refined design. To enhance the glass curtain wall, the landscaping was designed with geometric plantings on a natural stone-paved base, accompanied by dignified lighting to create an office-appropriate landscape.
